Back from holiday
Hi readers, sorry for the delay was away in Rome for a week doing my annual Christmas shopping. Had a slight delay due to London still being unable to handle a couple inches of snow - but managed to get away and return without too much bother.
Rome is a lovely city, although I have to say after going to the Vatican City that the Catholic Church does indeed have enormous wealth - stolen and scammed from their millions of followers around the planet. It wasn't a nice thing to see at all, but other than that the shopping was fantastic, the weather was brilliant for winter (over 20 degrees) and the food was not too bad at all.
More posting this week, I have been very busy with work ending for the year and also with the organisation of events in London and Europe for my travel company..... fun times indeed!

It was 100% attendance from my UK workforce.
A few of the eyeties didn't fancy it.
Not my problem.
Got it!
Clint's multi cultural, wet dream failed to clear London's streets.
Ah well, those lazy 'Brits' from Grimsby, Hull, Fleetwood, Aberdeen etc weren't really working 18 hour days in the north sea to be insulted by an office boy.
Was I?
Easy tiger!
If anything, I bet you Northerners just rolled your eyes at us soft Southerners and got to work.
Don't know why you thought I had wet dreams about multiculturalism though, not my cup of tea old boy!
Office boy? Naaa.
At least you have a sense of humour, dunno why but my exes family (from Essex, say no more), really believed that anyone north of Birmingham had an outside bath which they only ventured into once a week after a 14 hour shift down a coal mine, a pet whippet, drank bitter and lived on tripe (don't even go there, it's heaving). Oddly enough they later moved to Market Rasen of all places and go on about how great it is there. There's a tiny village called Bradley (population 198) which we are considering moving to, on the main roads and easy access to town, there's a shopping area a few minutes drive away but you wouldn't believe it, no pubs, shops etc, just a view of open fields and woods a 1,000 year old church and a red phone box with a telephone directory still intact, neighbours that actually say hello and a ridiculously low crime rate, a guy from London moved there after he retired and said he hopes it doesn't end up expanding and becoming overrun by people, bit ironic but I see his point. I must be getting old but I've been spending a lot of time walking round there and looking at house prices. I have no idea why but it reminds me of Black Sabbath's 'Born Again' album.
Sounds like a lovely place! I would keep it hidden too!

Thing is: the way this country is going, the authorities will build a 'Polski sklep' that bans locals, the beat bobby will turn into robocop, house prices will nosedive and a perfectly decent area will become yet another Polish ghetto.
